Role Overview
We are looking for a senior AI Practice & Delivery Head to lead the strategy, go-to-market, and delivery of AI solutions across the organization. someone with a strong engineering foundation (product/platform engineering) who has evolved from an AI Solution Architect into a business and delivery leader. responsible for building the AI practice, driving AI-led growth, leading presales & solutioning, and delivering enterprise AI solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
AI Practice Leadership
- Define and drive the AI strategy, roadmap, and service offerings
- Build and scale the AI practice across multiple client accounts
- Develop AI frameworks, accelerators, and delivery methodologies
Go-To-Market & Presales
- Lead AI GTM initiatives in collaboration with sales and account teams
- Drive presales, solution architecture, and proposal development
- Act as a technical leader in client discussions, workshops, and presentations
Solutioning & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven solutions
- Ensure excellence across AI architecture, model development, deployment, and operations
- Provide leadership in complex AI solution design and implementation
Team Building & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing AI engineering organization
- Hire and mentor AI Architects, TDMs, and senior engineers
- Drive AI capability development, training, and innovation initiatives
Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI transformation
- Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops, and executive briefings
- Partner with account teams to expand AI-led services and managed services opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1520 years of experience in engineering, AI, data platforms, or advanced analytics
- Prior experience as an AI Solution Architect with strong technical depth
- Background in product engineering or platform engineering (must-have)
- Proven experience in building and scaling AI practices / COEs
- Strong experience in presales, GTM strategy, and client-facing solutioning
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems
- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and managed services
- Exposure to global clients (US market preferred)
