The Director AI Transformation will own and drive the enterprise AI agenda at PW, translating AI capability into measurable business impact across Academics, Revenue, and Corporate Functions. This role combines strategic vision with execution accountability to embed AI into the company's operating model.

Strategic Responsibilities:-
Enterprise AI Vision & Roadmap
- Define and execute a 3-year AI transformation blueprint aligned with PW's growth strategy and expansion priorities.
- Position AI as a structural multiplier across Academics, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Identify AI-led differentiation in:
- Student personalization & learning intelligence
- Academic productivity & content acceleration
- Revenue optimization & conversion intelligence
- Cost efficiency & workflow automation
Business Impact & Value Creation
- Drive measurable outcomes including:
- Revenue uplift through AI-driven sales intelligence
- Academic efficiency and faster content production cycles
- Marketing performance optimization
- Operational cost reduction and process automation
- Establish AI ROI dashboards linked directly to business KPIs.
- Own transformation metrics, reporting cadence, and impact governance.
Enterprise Implementation & Scaling
- Lead cross-functional AI programs from strategic design to enterprise deployment.
- Build internal AI capabilities, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Oversee integration of AI systems with LMS, CRM, ERP, and internal tech platforms.
- Standardize AI deployment playbooks across verticals (JEE, NEET, Commerce, UPSC, etc.) to ensure scalability and consistency.
Organizational Transformation & AI Culture
- Drive AI literacy at leadership and operational levels.
- Embed AI-first thinking into day-to-day workflows.
- Establish AI champions within departments.
- Lead structured change management initiatives to ensure adoption and cultural alignment.
Data Governance & Responsible AI
- Own and operationalize the enterprise AI governance framework.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
- Define risk mitigation protocols addressing bias, hallucination, misuse, and data security.
- Establish ethical AI oversight mechanisms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years in technology, digital transformation, AI strategy, or enterprise leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business outcomes from AI or automation programs.
Technical & Business Acumen
- Strong understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, generative AI (LLMs, RAG), and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and AI lifecycle management.
