Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Architecture, based in New Delhi. The Director of Architecture will oversee architectural design strategies, lead project management efforts, and ensure cohesive enterprise architecture alignment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of professionals, crafting innovative architectural solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Enterprise Architecture, with an ability to develop innovative and functional design strategies.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, ensuring seamless integration of technical details into architectural projects.
- Proven experience in Team Leadership with the ability to mentor and inspire design teams.
- Comprehensive skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and meeting deadlines within budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale architecture projects is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required; professional certification in Architecture is preferred.
