About Our Client
Job Description
- Responsible for collaborating with senior customers in the business units, business facing data science teams, and other technical teams to gather and understand the business requirements for data science projects
- Design, develop and deploy complex AI/ML solutions on cloud infrastructure (using ML engineering, ML Ops workflows & tools) that can scale in response to changing business and technical requirements. This includes Data Collection & Labeling, Data & Model workflows, and Model Evaluation tools.
- Direct a team of expert engineers and mentor new engineers in a sophisticated technology based environment. Provide both technical guidance and career mentorship.
- Partner with the data science delivery teams to understand the current inventory, identify and document the risks and challenges involved and provide monthly and quarterly updates
- Responsible for maintaining and governing the project repository (Ongoing, pipeline, emerging projects) for real time updates to Data Science Leadership team. Has hands on knowledge in designing, coding and be responsible for the implementation of scalable and efficient MLOps infrastructure, tools, workflows
- Leading code reviews, design reviews, the investigation & resolution of production issues, and retrospectives. Set standard development practices across your team.Has strong working knowledge of all Automation activities, CDCI and MLOPs best practices
- Work with internal teams to improve and automate models traceability, versioning.Build high performance data pipelines in real time for inferencing, training and ETL.
The Successful Applicant
15+ overall years of software development experience and 8+ years of management experience
- Having hands on experience in working with MLOps based projects and worked across different platforms like: Azure, AWS, Databricks, Visualisation and BI tools
