Role Overview
Own and scale Snapmint's merchant lifecycle and operations, ensuring a seamless journey from onboarding to settlement. The role is critical in building a high-quality merchant ecosystem and improving Merchant NPS, activation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end merchant lifecycle: onboarding, integration, go-live, and settlements
- Optimize merchant onboarding TAT, success rates, and integration quality
- Reduce onboarding friction and improve success rates and TAT
- Improve Merchant NPS and satisfaction metrics bybuilding scalable systems for merchant support, issue resolution, and reconciliation
- Drive improvements in settlement accuracy, timelines, and transparency
- Partner with Product, Tech, Finance, and Risk to streamline merchant workflows
- Develop playbooks to scale Snapmint's D2C merchant ecosystem (online + offline)
- Influence product roadmap for merchant tools, dashboards, and integrations
- Build and scale a high-performing merchant ops organization capable of supporting 10x–100x growth in merchant base and transaction volumes
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years in merchant ops / seller ops / marketplace ops
- Strong understanding of E-commerce ecosystems and merchant workflows
- Experience in process design, integrations, and scaling operations
- Ability to drive cross-functional execution in high-growth environments
