Whizz HR is on a lookout for Media Sales Head/ Director of Media Sales in Gurugram :

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Media Sales / BD professional to drive revenue through new client acquisition, partnerships, and media sales across digital, print, influencer, branded content, and integrated media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new advertisers, brands, and agency partners
  • Pitch media inventory, branded content, and integrated campaigns
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close deals end-to-end
  • Develop customized media proposals and rate negotiations
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business
  • Coordinate with editorial, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Track sales performance, revenue targets, and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in media sales / advertising sales / BD
  • Strong understanding of media buying, digital platforms, and branded content
  • Excellent pitching, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to work with revenue targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
