Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Media Sales / BD professional to drive revenue through new client acquisition, partnerships, and media sales across digital, print, influencer, branded content, and integrated media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new advertisers, brands, and agency partners
- Pitch media inventory, branded content, and integrated campaigns
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close deals end-to-end
- Develop customized media proposals and rate negotiations
- Maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Coordinate with editorial, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Track sales performance, revenue targets, and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in media sales / advertising sales / BD
- Strong understanding of media buying, digital platforms, and branded content
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work with revenue targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
