Maven Siliconis seeking a dynamic and experiencedDirector of Marketingto lead our marketing efforts. As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the marketing strategies to promote Maven Silicon's brand and services, increase brand awareness .
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve organizational goals.
Brand Management:Oversee all aspects of the company's brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Digital Marketing:Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Content Creation:Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, website content, blog posts, and presentations.
Public Relations:Manage relationships with media outlets and oversee public relations activities.
Event Management:Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
Collaboration:Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Reporting:Generate regular reports on marketing metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:
Experience:8 - 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the education management industry.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
