Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will:
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative and efficient manufacturing & Governance capabilities.
- Assess and optimise the organisational structure, processes, and culture.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate seamless integration of new organisational designs.
- Establish and monitor performance measurements and KPIs to track organisational improvements.
- Develop and manage a skilled talent pipeline, fostering a culture of learning and skill development.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise opportunities for manufacturing capability enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes.
- Develop and enable training programs to equip personnel with the necessary skills.
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:
- At least 10 years experience in technical functions like manufacturing, engineering, or operations excellence.
- Prior experience leading manufacturing/excellence for a multi-site portfolio.
- An established track record with the CPG/FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of leading and accomplishing complex organisational transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in manufacturing processes.
