Position Overview:

We areseekingan experienced and dynamicDirector-Landscapeto lead and manage all landscape design projects within our organization. This senior-level role requires a creative and strategic thinker withexpertisein landscape architecture, design management, and team leadership. The Director will oversee the design vision, technical execution, and overall success of landscape projects, with a focus on high-quality design that aligns with our company'sobjectivesand client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Landscape Design:

Lead the design process from concept development through to construction documentation and project delivery.

Develop creative and sustainable design solutions, considering factors such as site conditions, environmental impact, functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints.

Collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape design with architectural and environmental planning.

2.Project Management and Oversight:

Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Conduct regular design reviews and collaborate with clientsand project teams to refine andfinalizedesign concepts.

Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring that design milestones and deadlines are met.

Stayup-to-datewith the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in landscape design, integratingcutting-edgepractices into project work.

3.Client Engagement:

Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into design solutions.

Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and collaborators.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design outcomes and managing expectations effectively.

4.Leadership and Strategy:

Lead and manage a team of landscape architects, designers, and external consultants to deliver innovative and sustainable landscape designs.

Establish and communicate design vision, goals, and strategies across projects to ensure alignment with the organization'sobjectivesand client requirements.

Mentor, guide, and provide feedback to junior staff, promoting professional growth and development within the design team.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Education:

B. Arch. / M. Arch.in Landscape Architecture

Experience:

At least 10 years of professional experience in landscape design, with a focus on high-profile, large-scale projects.

A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing design teams and client relationships.

Provenexpertisein the design, planning, and execution of a diverse range of landscape projects (urban, residential, commercial, etc.).
