Position: Director Kitchen Operations

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of 25+ high-capacity centralized kitchens.
- Implement and monitor SOPs for production, hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch of breakfast meals to thousands of schools.
- Lead statewide operations for the breakfast program in government schools for underprivileged children.
- Coordinate with Education Department, District Collectors, DEOs, MEOs, and school authorities.
- Manage inspections, audits, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Lead Directors of Operations, Supervisors, Kitchen Managers, and field teams.
- Oversee training, discipline, and workforce management.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply chain, vendor management, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and monthly stock planning.
- Work closely with CFO on costing, consumption analysis, budgeting, and variance control.
- Monitor per-meal cost, manpower expenses, and operational overheads.
- Lead establishment of new centralized kitchens.
- Introduce automation, modern equipment, and process improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Minimum 15 years work experience in large-scale food production / centralized kitchen operations
Flexibility to travel across sites.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Ability to manage multiple facilities and large teams.
Strong communication and government liaison abilities.
