Job Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for pharmaceutical projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Oversee the development and execution of implementation strategies and plans.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all projects.
Provide expertise in managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and effectiveness.
Report regularly to senior management on project performance and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Implementation should have:

A strong educational background in technology, life sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing large-scale implementation projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in technology solutions and their application within the life sciences domain.
Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
