We're looking for a strategic and high-impact Director HR Business Partner to join our fast-growing team. This role will partner closely with CXOs and business leaders to drive org effectiveness, leadership capability, and a high-performance culture at scale, This role will report to Head of HR.
What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy
- Drive workforce planning, org design, and succession planning
- Lead performance management and talent reviews
- Strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement
- Build and mentor a strong HRBP team
- Use data and insights to influence business outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- 1216 years of HR experience with strong HRBP leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in fintech / tech / high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen, team management skills and stakeholder management at CXO level.
- Hands-on with performance frameworks and org design.
- Understanding on the L&D charter will be a plus.
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute(Mandatory)
