Job Description

What You'll Do

Drive the PQ business across India in Government segement including Central Govt, state government, Defence & Research Institutions, Airport, Metro & PSUs. Drive & lead engagement with large & medium System Integrators across India to Bring Incremental Revenue in Govt Segment.

1. To drive revenue & gross margin objective of the organization in Government segment through Direct & System integrators

  • To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share through large deals by building deeper connects across the Government ecosystems including end user decision makers, consultants, influencers & partners including system integrators.
  • Evangelize One Eaton Solution including LV, MV Switchgear & digital offerings including software solutions like DCIM, EPMS, connected hardware like racks, PDU & related UPS systems in large deals
  • Drive data Center business in Govt segment in partnership with DC sales team across regions
  • Practice and drive thought leadership in the Govt segment
  • Coach & nurture sales team working on large deals
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with all regions to drive growth & win large customers
  • Work very closely with partners across the country and increase the spread of Govt deals through System Integrators across the country

Qualifications


B.E. in Electrical & Electronics

20+ yrs

Skills

Knowledge of UPS, MDC, cooling products & market across india.

Knowledge of LV, MV switchgear will be an added advantage
