YOUR MISSION:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own global commercial analytics and decision science for PUMA E‑Commerce globally
- Define and govern global KPIs, metric logic, and single‑source‑of‑truth standards
- Build, Scale and Lead multidisciplinary analytics and reporting teams
- Translate data into clear, prescriptive commercial recommendations
- Drive global revenue, conversion, margin, CRM, and retention strategies
- Lead diagnostic deep dives, driver analyses, forecasting interpretation, and opportunity sizing
- Oversee functional commercial analytics across Merch, Marketing, Content, CRM, and Consumer Insights
- Define the purpose, logic, and KPIs of global dashboards and reporting
- Ensure insights enable decisions while not doing reporting only
- Partner with Global Tech Analytics on data models, ML use cases, and data quality
- Provide playbooks, frameworks, and intelligence to markets
- Act as analytical advisor to the VP Global E‑Commerce Commercial and senior leadership
YOUR TALENT:
Profile & Experience :
- 15 –18 years of professional experience, Global or multi‑regional leadership experience preferred
- 6–8+ years leading analytics, decision science, or commercial insight teams
- Strong e‑commerce or digital consumer business background
- Proven track record of driving commercial impact through data and insight
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce levers (traffic, CVR, AOV, margin, retention)
- Expertise in KPI architecture, measurement governance, and analytics operating models
- Strong BI and analytics literacy (Power BI, SQL reading, forecasting interpretation)
- Conceptual understanding of machine learning and experimentation
- Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong executive storytelling and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience working with Tech, Data Engineering, and ML teams
