Job Title: Director GES Record to Decide FC&A

Location: Hyderabad, India

Lead global R2R and FP&A operations, driving enterprise-wide finance transformation and shaping a future-ready operating model. This role requires a seasoned finance leader with deep process expertise, experien ce managing large, multi-region teams, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in strengthening governance, driving efficiency, and building scalable finance capabilities that directly impact business performance and growth.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead R2R, Intercompany, Controlling, and FP&A operations across regions
• Drive month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit compliance
• Implement process controls and mitigate operational risks
• Define and track KPIs to improve performance and efficiency
• Coach and develop managers on people, process, and stakeholder management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations
• Lead finance transformation and ERP/digital adoption

You bring:

• B.Com / CA Inter / Diploma in IFRS or equivalent qualification
• 20+ years of experience in finance operations and transformation
• Strong expertise in R2R and FP&A processes
• Proven experience managing large, multi-region teams
• Strong stakeholder management across global finance teams
• Experience in driving transformation and process improvements
