The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the architectural cornerstone of Teleperformance's global AI evolution. This role is not just about oversight; it requires a visionary leader who remains deeply technical—a player-coach capable of high-level strategy and hands-on vibe coding alike. You will bridge the gap between complex AI research and scalable, production-grade software, driving the digital transformation of the TP.ai FAB program.
The Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a global AI solutions portfolio, ensuring every product aligns with the digital transformation goals of the TP.ai FAB program.
- Lead cross-functional delivery squads (technology, product, and operations) to build secure, scalable, and innovative AI tools.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional and global stakeholders to ensure platform consistency and seamless product adoption.
- Drive operational excellence by enforcing high standards for microservices, integration frameworks, and digital platform integrity.
- Translate business KPIs into technical roadmaps, ensuring AI deployments yield measurable financial and operational improvements.
The Qualifications
- Deep architectural experience in LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), NLP, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Proven exposure to Few-shot learning and sophisticated Prompt Engineering incorporating robust guardrails for safety and compliance.
- Ability to perform high-level hands-on coding, including vibe coding (leveraging AI-assisted development to iterate rapidly).
- Comprehensive understanding of modern digital platform architectures and complex integration frameworks.
- Hands-on proficiency in Azure, AWS, or GCP, paired with a strong foundation in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Direct experience integrating AI/ML models into analytics dashboards and automated business workflows.
- Expert-level experience navigating Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban to manage scaled delivery.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and translate technical KPIs into actionable business decisions.
- A track record of bringing together diverse expertise to solve complex, global-scale problems.
