Experience Required: 20+ years overall; minimum 7 years leading a business vertical

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join our leadership team as a Senior Director / Prospective Partner. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in audit, tax, regulatory reviews, business-building and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and align the firm's goals, mission, and long-term plans.

Lead the business unit with hands-on involvement in operations, audits, and client delivery.

Direct regulatory, statutory, and tax audit engagements with technical excellence.

Drive firm growth through niche definition, market research, and client acquisition.

Build and guide teams, manage performance, and create a high-trust work culture.

Oversee financial metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Represent the firm at industry events and with key clients.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

Excellent command of English; good understanding of Hindi

Strong technology orientation with continuous learning mindset
