Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership - Develop a comprehensive strategy for Executive Education
- Business Development - Set and achieve revenue targets, identify market segments
- Client Relationship Management - Build relationships with CLOs, CHROs, CTOs
- Program Delivery - Oversee end-to-end program execution
- Team Building - Build and manage Executive Education team
- P&L Management - Own financial targets and profitability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Management, Education, or Technology
- Minimum 12-15 years professional experience in executive education or corporate training
- 5-7 years in director-level position managing P&L and teams
- Proven track record of revenue generation and scaling
