The Opportunity

In this role, you will oversee the transition of AI/ML prototypes into robust, production-ready services, ensuring that our delivery is as predictable as it is groundbreaking. The Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering squads in developing scalable applications, APIs, and AI-enabled services.
  • Own the full development lifecyclefrom sprint planning and execution to release cyclesensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Establish and enforce elite engineering practices, including peer code reviews, testing discipline, and strict production readiness protocols.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and AI specialists to integrate LLM services and automation workflows into core enterprise platforms.
  • Act as the primary catalyst for moving solutions out of the lab and into the hands of global users, ensuring they are built for scale from day one.
  • Collaborate with Architects to ensure all development aligns with TP.ai architecture and global security standards.
  • Promote the adoption of reusable services, internal APIs, and microservices to reduce technical debt and increase speed-to-market.
  • Drive the deep integration of DevOps, CI/CD, and real-time observability across all engineering teams.
  • Align with Delivery and Architecture leads to prioritize initiatives and proactively resolve technical or resource-based delivery bottlenecks.
  • Communicate complex technical decisions and project status clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Actively coach engineers and technical leads, fostering career growth and building a deep bench of leadership talent.
  • Lead the charge in hiring, onboarding, and upskilling talent to meet the evolving needs of our AI-first mission.

The Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 812 years in software engineering or platform development, with 24 years of direct experience managing engineering teams or leading large-scale technical delivery.
  • A proven history of delivering enterprise-grade software products in fast-paced, Agile environments.
  • Strong background in backend or full-stack development (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar).
  • Expertise in building microservices architectures and managing containerized deployments via Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and a solid understanding of AI/ML integration patterns, including APIs and data pipelines.
  • Practical experience with observability tools, logging frameworks, and production monitoring to ensure 24/7 system health.
