About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned DV360 (Display & Video 360) expert who can lead the programmatic team and drive end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with DV360, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team while delivering performance-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the programmatic team, ensuring smooth campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Own end-to-end DV360 campaign management across display, video, and CTV formats.
  • Develop programmatic strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
  • Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, inventory selection, bidding strategies, and optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Manage relationships with publishers, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Ensure best practices in brand safety, viewability, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, analytics, and account management.
  • Train, mentor, and upskill junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest programmatic trends, tools, and DV360 features.

Qualifications

  • 915 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google DV360.
  • Proven experience in team handling or leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying, RTB, audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with data, analytics tools, and attribution models.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a digital agency, ad tech, or performance marketing environment is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Google Marketing Platform / DV360.
  • Experience with CM360, GA4, or other ad tech platforms.
  • Knowledge of brand safety tools, DMP/CDP, and measurement frameworks.
