Job Summary:


The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns. With 10-14 years of experience, this role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals. The Creative Director will work closely with account, strategy, and production teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership:
    • Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing, advertising, and branding projects
    • Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

  • Team Management:
    • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth within the team
    • Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and teamwork

  • Client Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative solutions
    • Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the vision
    • Build strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to align creative direction with overall business objectives
    • Develop creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty across multiple channels
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies to inform creative decisions

  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
    • Establish clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for creative projects
    • Troubleshoot challenges and provide solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines

  • Content Creation:
    • Oversee the design and execution of high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms
    • Ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and visual design across all touchpoints

  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review and approve all creative work, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with client expectations
    • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative outputs

    • Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions
    • Integrate new tools, methods, and platforms to enhance the team's creative capabilities
