Job Description

  • Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback into decision-making processes.
  • Enhance employee engagement by delivering user-friendly, cutting-edge solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the workforce.
  • Provide leadership in change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital workplace tools.
  • Define and execute the digital workplace strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Stay ahead of trends in workplace technologies to introduce innovative tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure digital solutions meet operational and cultural goals.
  • Develop and maintain desktop images and software configurations to meet employee needs and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure desktop and endpoint performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Manage hardware inventory and ensure devices meet evolving performance and usability standards.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for device management and user support.
  • Prioritize employee satisfaction by delivering intuitive, user-friendly technology experiences.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously refine tools, platforms, and support processes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on workplace technologies and digital transformation.
  • Expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Office 365, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management tools.
  • Deep understanding of device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf) and modern workplace solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles and compliance standards for end-user devices.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on implementation.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
