WHO YOU ARE

Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on workplace technologies and digital transformation.
Expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Office 365, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management tools.
Deep understanding of device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf) and modern workplace solutions.
Strong knowledge of IT security principles and compliance standards for end-user devices.
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on implementation.
