Job Description

As the Transformation Program Director, Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in driving and overseeing transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including clients, internal stakeholders and clients, to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's and client's strategic objectives
  • Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Engaging clients to drive transformation program management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Managing partners and sub vendors
  • Bring healthcare expertise especially in the healthcare provider space
  • Participate in Healthcare capability development, RFP and RFI management

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15 plus years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare in the payer and provider space. Experience in medical coding and RCM strongly preferred. Knowledge of HL7
  • Broad understanding of digital and technology including AI, Agentic AI, Automation, Analytics
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
