Job Description

Our client is a global financial services organization with a strong institutional presence and a growing shared services and technology delivery footprint in India. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and leading technology delivery for Accounting, Finance, Risk, and Enterprise Data platforms along with leading multiple senior leaders and partnering closely with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Lead modernization initiatives across data platforms, analytics, and cloud-based architecture.
Build and scale high-performing delivery teams along with partnering with different teams to ensure aligned and future ready solutions.
Provide end-to-end ownership of technology delivery for accounting and finance platforms along with maintaining strong delivery governance, management practices.

Role requirements

18-24 years of experience in technology delivery, with 10+ years in leadership roles overseeing teams.
Hands-on familiarity with modern technologies such as SQL / Snowflake, Python for scripting, BI tools, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, analytics platforms, and cloud-based environments.
Lead and mentor senior delivery leaders and managers, ensuring high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
