Position Summary:-
Requirement is of a Senior leader to focus & work as an integrated Data COE strategist who will motivate the teams, help to develop and retain talent, cross train associates across teams, and support all the Data, Analytics, AI and ML work needed for the Digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop Chennai center as a cutting edge and innovative data and data science center of excellence to support Ingrams Digital Transformation Journey
- Manage and oversee all Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Business Intelligence related delivery functions in India
- Attract and Hire Talent across the region
- Provide strong Leadership, Coaching and mentorship to develop internal Talent
- Partner closely with data stakeholders across the Org in NORAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM to provide advanced data services
- Develop, Manage and report on delivery KPI's and budget
Qualifications & Skills :-
- Masters in Computer science or equivalent
- 15+ years experience in Data (Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics)
- Experience leading and managing large data teams of 100+
- Experience partnering with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Ability to thrive in fast passed culture with a strong bias for action
- Proven aptitude for understanding business problems and partnering with business stakeholders
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong proven Leadership skills
- Experience in Cloud, AI/ ML, GCP, Python, Streaming data pipelines or similar tech stacks
