This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Data Center, located in Chandigarh. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data governance, management, and quality within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include implementing data strategies, managing data processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, analyzing and improving data workflows, and leading clinical data management initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Data Governance, with a comprehensive understanding of policies and best practices for data handling and security
• Proficiency in Data Management and Data Quality principles to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Excellent Analytical Skills, with experience in interpreting and deriving insights from complex datasets
• Familiarity with Clinical Data Management practices and workflows
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing large-scale data centers or similar infrastructure
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
