We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Customer Experience (CX) to lead our customer experience initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as a proven track record of managing teams and improving customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of CX professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer experience initiatives into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Design and oversee the execution of customer journey mapping and experience enhancement projects.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they understand customer experience standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on CX performance metrics, making recommendations for enhancements based on data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-20 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in customer experience management software and CRM tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
