What Youll Do
- Drive business development across the India market, establishing strategic partnerships with top-tier advertisers, brands, and agencies.
- Own and manage senior-level relationships (CMOs, Heads of Digital, Media Directors) across leading enterprise and Fortune 500 clients in India.
- Work closely with local and regional teams to drive go-to-market strategy and execution in India.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: identifying prospects, crafting strategy, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services teams to align business efforts with company-wide goals.
- Represent The Trade Desk at key industry events, conferences, and forums in India.
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape product roadmap and India-specific solutions.
- Partner with regional teams in APAC and globally to align account strategies and business objectives.
Who You Are
- A seasoned business development or enterprise sales leader with 14+ years of experience, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech, or programmatic media.
- Deep understanding of the India advertising ecosystem, with established relationships across top agencies and brands.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and managing high-value enterprise accounts.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify long-term growth opportunities.
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
- Skilled in contract negotiations, consultative selling, and value-based partnership building.
- Self-starter with the agility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
- Prior experience in a DSP, SSP, publisher, ad network, or similar programmatic role is a strong plus.
