Role Description: Director Business Development (Hospitality & Real Estate Consulting)

Location: Mumbai (Full-time, On-site)

The Director Business Development will be responsible for formulating and executing business development strategies to drive growth in hospitality and real estate consulting mandates. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, closing advisory and consulting assignments, managing key client accounts, negotiating contracts, and supporting the internal team in business planning. A core focus of the role is to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage leading real estate developers and hospitality groups across major Indian markets.
  • Present and explain the concept of Branded Residences, including product positioning, market potential, and brand partnership advantages.
  • Articulate the complete suite of services offered by Noesis Hotel Advisors, including advisory services, brand tie-ups, feasibility studies, and transaction structuring.
  • Assess developer readiness and interest in branded residence projects.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of potential partnerships and transaction opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of regional business development executives to achieve national business targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and transaction teams to develop customized client proposals.
  • Represent Noesis at key industry events, conferences, summits, and developer forums.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management from a reputed institution (preferred).
  • 1015 years of experience in real estate business development, hospitality sales, brand alliances, or advisory services sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury real estate and hospitality brand dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of engaging CXO-level stakeholders and closing high-value partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
