Job Description

  • Proven record on selling Cloud, cyber security, automation and other IT services to large BFSI, Retail or global delivery centres in India.
  • Ability to acquire large deals
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Understand client requirements and work with presales and solution teams to address client requirements
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to persuade and inspire sales staff
  • Attend forums, conferences and build relationships with technology partners and advisors to generate leads
  • The ability to establish new accounts and grow business throughout the organization and drive customer satisfaction into the entire account

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 15 - 20 Years of selling Cloud, cyber security, automation and other IT services to large BFSI, Retail or global delivery centers in India.
  • Proven record of successfully achieving sales targets and goals
  • High energy, self-motivated, and highly driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to have first level technology discussion with customers is plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree must. MBA preferred
