Requirements: 15+ yrs in Data Engineering, 5+ yrs in Azure-native solutions Expertise in Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, Medallion), Data Factory/Fabric, ADLS Gen2, Azure SQL, Functions, Stream Analytics, Event Hubs Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, GenAI/LLM for pipelines, Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Direct Lake) Experience with batch/streaming pipelines, lakehouse, data mesh Leadership in mentoring Azure engineers, building reusable assets Domain exposure: Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI Familiarity with dbt, Kafka/IoT Hubs, modern ETL tools Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, Fabric Analytics Engineer Nice to have: On-site client experience
