We are seeking an accomplished leader to head the Analytics & Technology group of our Omnichannel Activation business, driving data-driven decision-making and innovation for global pharma commercialization programs. The Director will oversee end-to-end analytics delivery, manage a multidisciplinary team of analysts and technologists, and lead the evolution of our Omnichannel Intelligence platform including roadmap planning, integration, and product enhancements to create a unified analytics ecosystem for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large, cross-functional team spanning analytics, data science, data engineering, MLOps, BI, and application development.
- Oversee delivery of commercial analytics engagements including forecasting, segmentation, pricing analytics, performance reporting, attribution analysis and promotion optimisation.
- Build and institutionalize frameworks, best practices, and technology standards for analytics delivery across pharma omnichannel promotion programs.
- Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and enhancement of the Omnichannel Intelligence platform, ensuring alignment with evolving client and market needs.
- Lead the integration of multiple omnichannel products and solutions into a unified, scalable next-generation platform, combining analytics, insights, and activation capabilities.
- Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to define and execute the analytics and platform roadmaps, enabling future growth and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and tools in analytics, AI/ML, Gen-AI, data engineering, and pharma commercialization to future-proof the business and enable innovation.
- Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating thought leadership, delivering measurable impact, and identifying opportunities for growth and account expansion.
- Participate in business development activities including proposal creation, solutioning, and sales support to drive new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure delivery governance, operational discipline, and continuous upskilling across the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in commercial analytics, data science, or technology-led analytics delivery preferably within the pharma or health tech domain.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex analytics and technology programs.
- Deep understanding of pharma commercialization, omnichannel analytics, and modern data ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience in platform development, integration, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of emerging trends in AI, ML, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Background in software engineering, application development, and product management will be an add on.
- Track record of building client confidence, driving business growth, and leading solutioning and proposal activities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
