Director – Analytics Delivery

About the Job

We are hiring a Data Science Director for a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Data Science, AI/ML, Client Advisory, and Delivery Leadership.

This is for someone who has spent 12-15 years building analytics solutions, leading teams, and helping clients solve complex business problems through data science.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Lead data science teams and drive delivery excellence
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders
• Shape AI/ML and analytics solutions around real business problems
• Bring structure, depth, and commercial thinking to analytics engagements
• Play a visible role in solutioning, execution, and account growth

Technical Skills :

• Hands-on experience in the Data Analytics field, preferably in Data Engineering, Data Science, or strategic business analytics.
• Overall 12+ years of experience, with a progression from technical roles to consulting and delivery management positions.
• Lead business and technical client presentations with support from Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) from the client side.
• Quality of Deliverables, Timeliness, Technical Rigor, and Business Grasp.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years Bachelor's degree/B.E or Master's Degree in Science preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple medium-scale and complex projects in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Business Analysis domains.
• Experience in consulting and delivery management, with the ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
