What would you do In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, deep-dive analysis on risk and failure areas of process, process control validation, providing recommendations which helps for process transformation and improvement.. This global role supporting solutions across all capabilities. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Perform deep-dive and validate controls in the delivery operations and identify if there are any gap or mis in current controls. Recommend solutions which will help to fix and transform current controls to effective value driven outcome.

  • Performing deep dive analysis on the issues and come up with data trends and patterns to drive actionable insights
  • Generating insights from diverse data sets and sharing recommendations & Best Practices to improve overall client operations and client experience
  • Analyzing different data sets and coming up with data patterns, predictive analytics, proactive analytics etc
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions to the issues
  • Good documentation skills (Data consumed by Top Leaders)
  • Good working knowledge in PI Tools and Quality Processes
  • Good working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good working knowledge in service metrics and business metrics to help client operations to improve overall performance, Any Graduation
