Director, Analytics and Operations

Hiring a director-level leader at our GCC hub will create a unified analytics and operations powerhouse that drives strategic impact across marketing, sales, and enterprise decision-making by:

  • Building an Integrated Analytics Ecosystem across marketing science, biz ops and sales ops
  • Driving Scalable, Cost-Efficient Global Delivery
  • Enhancing Strategic Impact Across Functions - Provides executive-level guidance on marketing measurement, sales performance optimization, and enterprise reporting.
  • Future-Proofing Data & Analytics Capabilities

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across marketing analytics, sales operations, business analytics, and BI/data engineering.
  • Define and execute a unified analytics vision that aligns with global business priorities.

Cross-Functional Impact:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that optimize marketing ROI, sales performance, and enterprise reporting.
  • Oversee data governance, automation, and advanced analytics adoption to ensure scalability and quality.

Operational Excellence:

  • Build a center of excellence in the GCC to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality analytics and operational support.
  • Drive integration of data platforms and BI tools for consistent, actionable insights.

Talent Development:

  • Mentor and grow analytics and operations talent, creating a sustainable pipeline for future leadership roles.

Desired skill set:

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or sales operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with media and marketing measurement; Retail Media experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong expertise in data strategy, advanced analytics, and enterprise BI platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
