Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through leads provided by the branch, call centers, or self-generated sources.
  • Meet prospective customers within assigned geographies to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including assistance with claim settlements.
  • Meet product mix targets in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Focus on quality business generation and ensure policy renewals (persistency).
  • Maintain a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline. Undergraduates may be considered with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 to 12+ months of sales experience in life insurance or BFSI .
  • Age: Between 21 and 38 years.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting sales targets.
