Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Representative based in Ranchi. The role involves actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting and selling our range of lubrication products, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will identify potential customers, provide training or guidance on product usage, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets. The role requires coordinating with the team to enhance customer service and achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Customer service and sales skills to effectively address client needs, promote products, and achieve sales goals
- Ability to provide training and demonstrate product knowledge to customers
- Proven track record in sales or relevant experience in the automotive or lubricant industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a team
- Familiarity with the local market in Ranchi is beneficial
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is advantageous
