Location: Chennai(preferred), Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Time)
Compensation: Base + aggressive incentive-based pay structure

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and prior experience selling IT products, preferably in the AI space. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving new business and closing deals in the US market.
Responsibilities: Drive direct sales for Codespell in the North American region. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers. Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing. Effectively present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, forecasting revenue and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. Negotiate and close deals in the range of 50K to 100K USD contract value. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on sales strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Required Skills: Proven track record in IT product sales, preferably AI products. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 6 8 years of direct sales experience in the international market. Prior experience handling deals valued at $50K to $100K USD. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
Preferred Skills: Experience in the AI industry. Strong negotiation skills.
Pay range and compensation package:
