Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

Maximize sales performance, achieve monthly targets, and drive profitability for the Loyalty and Defence channels in collaboration with the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement channel strategies and operational plans focusing on needs-based selling and activity management for Defence channel.
  • Support business planning and implementation processes in coordination with the Associate Vice President, Direct Sales.
  • Align volume and market share objectives to promote HDFC Life products and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Drive appointment conversion and regular interactions with prospects to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate team sales performance, optimizing costs within the region.
  • Lead and develop teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and improving team performance.
  • Oversee the smooth implementation of business plans and review selling arrangements.
  • Manage and enhance the teams understanding of new processes, ensuring integration of changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of field sales and team handling experience.
  • Education: Graduate/MBA.
  • Skills: Passionate, strong communication skills, result-oriented, good listener, and positive attitude.
