Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for a Diploma holder at TRONTEK ELECTRONICS LTD. The role involves direct involvement in the production process, quality control, troubleshooting, and testing of electronic and battery components. The individual will also assist in carrying out equipment maintenance, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to continuous product improvement and innovation. The candidate will work closely with the production and R&D teams, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in electronic components, assembling, and working methodologies.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, electrical systems, and technical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using tools for testing and maintaining batteries and electronic systems.
• Awareness of workplace safety measures, quality control processes, and industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively in on-site team settings and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant field is required.
• Prior experience in battery manufacturing or the electronic industry is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
