Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, Validate, and Optimize NC/CNC programs using CAM Software.
- Interpret Engineering Drawings, 3D Models, and Manufacturing specifications.
- Generate efficient Toolpath for Milling/Turning Operations based on Design and machining constraints.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to ensure machining efficiency and part quality.
- Work closely with production, design, and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve cycle times.
- Conduct simulation and verification of NC programs to eliminate errors before production.
- Support process planning, fixture design, and tool selection activities.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace/manufacturing quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements to reduce rework and scrap.
- Maintain documentation of Programs, tools, and process sheets.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 03 years of hands-on experience as an NC Programmer.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining (3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis preferred).
- Experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace industries.
- Knowledge of Tooling, Cutting parameters, and machining best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exposure to CAD/CAM integration and simulation tools.
