This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent diploma graduates in engineering or a related field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Diploma Trainee will undergo comprehensive training and work closely with experienced professionals to contribute to our production processes and overall operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in safety drills and contribute to the development of a culture of safety within the plant.
• Training and Development:
  • Participate in structured training programs covering various aspects of manufacturing processes.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to gain practical knowledge.
• Production Support:
  • Assist in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
  • Report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor promptly.
