Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and inventory levels
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores teams to ensure the availability of raw materials
- Align production plans with actual output and take corrective actions for deviations
- Monitor machine capacity, manpower utilization, and overall production efficiency
- Conduct feasibility and capacity analysis for new orders and production targets
- Perform cost estimation, forecasting, and control of production-related expenses
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production planning documentation, including MIS reports and records
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures
- Coordinate with operations, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
- Track inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Perform risk analysis in planning and implement preventive measures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and productivity enhancement
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules and on-time delivery
