The Digital Workplace Services is responsible for defining and implementing enterprise-grade workplace solutions that empower employees with secure, seamless, and modern digital experiences. The architect aligns technology strategy with business goals, driving digital transformation through cloud-based collaboration, endpoint management, automation, and user experience optimization.

A Digital Workplace Services Architect is a senior technical and strategic role focused on designing and implementing modern workplace solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience typically leveraging Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, automation, and digital experience tools.

Core Skills & Technologies:

• Platforms: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), Azure AD, Windows 365, Google Workspace.
• Device Management: Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot, MobileIron.
• Collaboration & Experience: Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow, DEX tools (Nexthink, Lakeside, etc.).
• Security & Compliance: Conditional Access, Zero Trust, Identity Governance, Information Protection.
• Automation: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), scripting (PowerShell).

Typical Background:

• 5-12 years of IT experience with strong exposure to workplace or end-user computing.
• Proven experience designing large-scale digital workplace transformations.
• Certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or ITIL Expert
