Digital Voice - SME (VC2)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in digital voice technologies and services
• Conduct research and analysis to support project development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance
• Develop and deliver training and educational materials
• Stay updated with advancements in the digital voice space
• Prepare and present reports on subject matter activities and findings
• Provide recommendations for improving processes and strategies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (UG)
• Postgraduate degree (PG) is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Voice technologies and related areas
• Experience in research, analysis, and process improvement strategies
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams and communicate expertise effectively
