Role Overview
As a Associate Director – Digital Transformation, you will lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and process optimization across the organization. You will leverage advanced methodologies, cutting-edge technologies, and strong leadership skills to deliver measurable business value. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a proven ability to lead change in complex, multinational environments
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation & Process Excellence:
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable impact.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Deploy cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and data analytics to optimize operations.
Lean Six Sigma Leadership
- Utilize DMAIC methodology to solve critical business challenges.
- Execute Lean principles and tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events, and Poka-Yoke for continuous improvement.
- Deliver impactful projects with validated financial benefits exceeding $250,000 per project.
Data Analytics & Visualization
- Apply advanced statistical analysis to support decision-making.
- Use tools like Minitab, JMP, or R to design experiments, perform regression analysis, and measure process capabilities.
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports to communicate progress and results effectively.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and advanced presentation skills.
- Promote a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement.
Talent Development & Mentorship
- Mentor and develop Green Belts, ensuring the successful delivery of their projects.
- Foster an environment of learning and innovation within the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in digital transformation, process excellence, or operational improvement roles.
- Proven track record of delivering transformation projects in multinational environments.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in process mapping, optimization software, and automation tools (e.g., RPA).
- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with global business operations and standards.
Lean Six Sigma Expertise
- Black Belt certification from a recognized organization (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and control plans.
- Verified portfolio of projects with substantial financial impact.
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Advanced presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Cross-cultural communication and change management expertise.
