The Digital Technology Advisor - Digital operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence across digital initiatives by overseeing governance, resource management, planning and budgeting, digital project tracking, financial oversight, and product governance. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, compliance with internal processes, and efficient execution of digital programs & products.
As Digital Technology Advisor - Digital operations, you will be responsible for
Governance & Process Design
Designing and implementing governance frameworks for digital operations, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes.
Establishing structured gates and controls to validate project readiness, compliance, and value delivery.
Continuously improving operational workflows based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
Establish and maintain framework, templates and SharePoint for effective internal team communication
Data-Driven KPI Tracking & Reporting
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs across digital initiatives using tools like Power BI, Airtable, and Excel.
Integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources (e.g., Airtable bases, Excel files, Clarity, SharePoint lists) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
Financial Management
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization through data-driven insights.
Monitoring actual vs. forecasted spend and providing variance analysis.
Ensuring financial compliance and accountability across digital initiatives.
Digital Project Oversight
Implementing tools and processes for tracking project progress, milestone delivery, and performance metrics.
Identifying risks and mitigation strategies using predictive analytics and historical data.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Collaborating with ServiceNow and other stakeholders to drive CMDB data quality initiative and support application rationalisation
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in business, Technology or related field, MBA or equivalent preferred.
Have 10+ years of experience in digital operations, data governance, or program management.
Have strong understanding of data relationships, normalization, and reporting best practices.
Have experience with Airtable, Excel, Power BI, Service Now CMDB and SharePoint
Have the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Have strong analytical skills with the ability to work across large, complex datasets from Airtable bases, Excel, Power BI and other sources.
Have proficiency in PPM & product development tools (like clarity , SPM, Aha, Azure Devops).
Extensive experience communicating and working with senior executive stakeholders
Have the ability to lead initiatives, drive process improvements, and support organizational change.
