We are looking for a Digital Technology Architect to work with us to execute our vision and help us create an even stronger industry leading organization. Your role will include:
- Working closely with cross-functional team members in a pod or crew to improve (digital) products in line with our Digital Principles and architecture goals.
- You will be identifying, designing and developing n-tier architectures on different layers e.g., enterprise, data, solution, and technology architecture.
- You will also be consulting with business, technology product owners and architects, helping them translate our OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into backlog items and driving architectural improvements into the roadmap.

You'll work as part of the Channels and Content agile crew which is one of the crews in the Managing Clients Stream.
We design and create external touch points for our clients as well as managing applications to support the flow of client information, price data and the client lifecycle and lead generation. Our goal is to leverage technology and digital intelligence to enrich our client relationships. We are the interface our clients see and
deliver personalized and role specific content & efficient and seamless client services at all touchpoints 24/7 via client preferred channels.
You'll be joining us in Asset Management Technology, a wider, truly diverse of around 1,200 people from all over the world.

Your expertise
- you understand software design patterns, architectures, and development methodologies and can apply architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges
- 10+ years practical work experience at a senior technical lead / architect level in a commercial setting
- skills and experience should include detailed and practical Azure solutions architecture as well as previous hand on experience with some of the following technologies : React / HTML5 JavaScript frameworks, Web Applications, Java / Java services, SOA / APis, RESTful web services/ JSON , ETL / Informatica, Postrgess / Oracle, AI, Machine Learning, database technologies (SQL & no SQL) agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices.
- must have proven track record in successfully architecting, building, releasing, and maintaining large-scale user centric n-tier Digital / Web enterprise platforms in a complex technology environment
- equivalent level of bachelor's or master's degree.
- have experience of Microsoft cloud architecture (Kubernetes service, container apps) or messaging platforms such as Kafka that would be a bonus.
